Camp Collide

Camp Collide was started by Tigers Go as a result of our time in mission to the people of New Orleans.  After leading hundreds of college students to New Orleans, we really wanted to find a way to invite youth to serve those who are in extreme need... people who seem hidden in the midst of poverty and disaster.

In short, Camp Collide is a week-long missions camp for youth and adults that happens over several weeks every summer.  "Campers" will spend the entire week serving people either in New Orleans, LA, or Upstate South Carolina who really need our help.  Our staff will lead times of worship, sharing, and games, in addition to leading work teams on work sites throughout the week.  The only thing group leaders need to do is get your group to camp!  Our goal is to give youth leaders and adult youth workers as much time as possible to spend serving alongside your youth.

Every summer, Camp Collide is committed to hiring an awesome group of college-aged staff to help lead teams of youth and adults through an amazing week-long experience of serving others because of our faith in Jesus Christ.

Our name comes from what we hope campers will experience - a collision between the depravity of this earth and the kingdom of heaven.  We believe that God calls us to bring heaven here on earth and that's what we try to do, one little piece at a time.

We know New Orleans and Upstate SC aren't the only places in need.  You'll probably find the need for God's love in your own backyard.  But New Orleans and Upstate SC are where God has called us for right now and we'd like to welcome anyone and everyone to join us.
